Chelsea revealed that Jimmy broke up with her over the phone.
"He called me and said he realized he didn't want a family," she said.
Chelsea said that she was "heartbroken" by the news.
"I thought we were going to get married and have a family together," she said.
Chelsea said that she is still trying to process the breakup.
"It's been a really tough few weeks," she said.
Chelsea said that she is not sure what the future holds for her.
"I'm just taking it one day at a time," she said.
